Facebook leads into the CRM, and real sales back to Meta and Google

New Facebook leads are cleaned up and sent to monday.com straight away, the team and the lead both get an email, and closed sales go back to Meta and Google Ads as conversions.

The problem

Leads sat in Facebook until someone downloaded them, and the ad platforms had no idea which leads turned into customers. So the ads kept chasing cheap leads instead of buyers.

What I built

Facebook lead→Clean data→CRM item→Emails→Sale sent to Meta and Google
  1. A new Facebook lead starts the scenario instantly.
  2. The phone number is cleaned and formatted.
  3. A lead event goes to the Meta Conversions API.
  4. The lead is created as an item in monday.com.
  5. Emails go to the team and to the lead.
  6. When a lead buys, a second scenario sends the sale to Meta and Google Ads as an offline conversion.
